We are pleased to announce that we have secured a members visit to the Clayton Equipment Factory, which will take place on the 16th August 2023. This visit is limited to 9 places. This tour is strictly a members only event.
Members that are attending are asked to meet at the Clayton Equipment site carpark at 10:50 for a 11am start.
There is an age limit of NO ONE UNDER THE AGE OF 14 please.
The tour will be around 2 1/2 hours in length and will cover a company presentation and then a guided tour of the factory which will have two CBD90 locomotives being built for Tata Steel.
The tour is strictly on a guided basis as one group and we insist that people do not stray from the group as we walk around the factory.
Photography will be permitted on this tour.
