We have arranged a visit for a small group of members to visit Freightliner's control office at Ferrybridge in West Yorkshire. Those on the visit will get chance to see first hand what is involved in the day to day running of the freight train company from organising locomotives for trains up to traincrew and short term planning for additional movements.
Tickets will go on sale on the 3rd September at 18:30 at a cost of £12.50 in the members shop, with all profits going to Freightliner's charity the Samaritans.
